Imagine yourself in the midst of this! Caffe Dolce is returning with yet another epic beer dinner. This time it's all about "Sweet & Sour" - sweet dishes paired with sour beers and sour dishes paired with sweet beers. (By the way, Caffe Dolce has always sold out its events!) Here's all the details:
"Sweet & Sour" BEER DINNER Tuesday April 29th (6:00 PM)
"Join us for an epic pairing of beer and food. Sweet dishes will be paired with sour beers and sour dishes will be paired with sweet beers. Plus, patrons will hear from one of the masters of American sours, David Brendgard, the new lead brewer for Flathead Lake Brewing Company, who spearheaded the sour beer and cellaring program for Deschutes Brewery in Oregon.
After tasting through the dinner and pairings, and I can tell you that this dinner will blow you away. Beer tasting dinners are one of the coolest things we do at Dolce-- I hope you can make it. -Peter"
