Tamarack Brewing Co. Releases Beer Pairing Menu

Each day during Missoula Craft Beer Week, Tamarack Brewing Co. is offering a three course beer and food pairing menu available during lunch and dinner for $25 per person.  Here's the menu:

An all-natural elk slider finished with caramelized onion and an IPA chipotle ketchup - paired with Hat Trick IPA

Fromboise-poached pear atop frisee and endive, dolloped with marscapone and drizzled with a champagne and Apricot Ale vinaigrette - paired with Sip n' Go Naked Apricot Ale

Pan-seared fresh Pacific sea scallops with a Wakeboard Wit beurre blanc and garnished with pancetta cracklings, organic black beluga lentils and grilled asparagus - paired with Wakeboard Wit
